STEP 1 - Assessment

ESG Assessment: Building Sustainability on Solid Knowledge

This first stage includes a full-round analysis of the company's impacts on ESG topics. 

It starts with a day at the client's location in which, through coaching, our knowledge is matched to those of the company, because a successful sustainability journey is first and foremost based on a strong awareness of the key issues.

A materiality analysis is performed, with which stakeholders are identified and then involved (Stakeholder Engagement) in defining the issues relevant to the company. Through Gap Analysis and the development of key indicators (KPIs), the environmental, social and organisational impact of the company in relation to stakeholders and the surrounding environment is measured and monitored.

STEP 2 - Planning

Sustainable Strategy: Planning for the Future

Once the overall impact of the company has been analysed and the main KPIs set, the general strategy that will be adopted in the following years is planned.

In order to draft the Sustainability Report, the company's data collection system is structured, collecting and analysing informations and documents relating to the procedures in use for data collection and processing. 

To ensure that the information flow from the planning results is well integrated into the company's data collection system, the Reporting Plan is set up.

STEP 3 - Execution

Implementation and Innovation: Embracing Change

This phase represents the operating core of the path.

It is here that the actions with which the company can take action to achieve its objectives are proposed, and it does so by building on the solid foundations of the first two phases.

When a proposal is implemented, with our support and thanks to the KPIs monitoring and reporting mechanism activated earlier, the company is able to obtain the useful information to be communicated through the Sustainability Report.

Starting from the information developed in the previous activities, an initial summary document is drawn up, highlighting the actions already undertaken in the area of sustainability.

Differently from the first two phases, Execution is marked by a cycle of activities that is yearly retraced (and possibly updated) to allow not only to achieve the pre-established goals, but also to pursue new ones.
