ESG Assessment: Building Sustainability on Solid Knowledge
This first stage includes a full-round analysis of the company's impacts on ESG topics.
It starts with a day at the client's location in which, through coaching, our knowledge is matched to those of the company, because a successful sustainability journey is first and foremost based on a strong awareness of the key issues.
A materiality analysis is performed, with which stakeholders are identified and then involved (Stakeholder Engagement) in defining the issues relevant to the company. Through Gap Analysis and the development of key indicators (KPIs), the environmental, social and organisational impact of the company in relation to stakeholders and the surrounding environment is measured and monitored.
Sustainable Strategy: Planning for the Future
Once the overall impact of the company has been analysed and the main KPIs set, the general strategy that will be adopted in the following years is planned.
In order to draft the Sustainability Report, the company's data collection system is structured, collecting and analysing informations and documents relating to the procedures in use for data collection and processing.
To ensure that the information flow from the planning results is well integrated into the company's data collection system, the Reporting Plan is set up.
